Were the CT26 wells exposed at 7.2 kV, as in the paper, or 3.2 kV, as in the files? Were the wells imaged for propidium on May 24 2024 exposed with the electrodes touching the monolayer? In which electrode footprint were the 3 background ROIs placed, and how was the array centre located for the ROIs? When two error bars differ, which length must the gap exceed (Methods 2.5)? This attempt read the labels as repeats after the first burst, assumed the propidium wells had the electrodes touching, used the mean of the four footprints for background, located the centre from the footprints in the YP image, and required the gap to exceed the longer error bar.",

In reply the two areas are flagged and the x1 claims are shown without them (no outcome changes; the fig3a control part then holds), the background is printed by image type, the duplicate check now covers all 1654 pairs in the same channel, and the findings are corrected. No outcome change is proposed.",
